Watercolour Pet Portraits
To commission a portrait of your pet, simply email me your photo or photos and state the size of the portrait you would like me to paint. I will then confirm the receipt of your email and photos ( normally within 24 hrs) and provide you with an approximate completion date.
There is nothing to pay until you are completly happy with the finished portrait!
All pet portrait commission work starts with a simple but detailed sketch of the subject from your photo.
At this stage layout and composition is finalised.
At the next stage of your pet portrait I gradually add watercolour over the original sketch to build up the layers of paint to give tone, depth and detail.
The final stage is the finished pet portrait.
Once I have completed your portrait I will email you a photo for your approval and if you are completely satisfied I will send you a PayPal invoice request for payment. I will then frame your portrait ready for delivery to it's new home.
Once payment is received I will ship your portrait via Royal Mail Recorded delivery the next working day.
All commission work usually takes approx 4 to 5 weeks to produce depending on my work load, but if you have a shorter deadline please email me and I will try my best to meet your requirements.
